Bahrain, Kuwait & Saudi Arabia orders:
Free Economy Shipping (1-3 days) for orders £96.80+.
Orders confirmed before 2pm will be dispatched and shipped via Naqel Express.
Next day delivery (1-3 days) - £7.30 for orders under £96.80.
Orders confirmed before 2pm will be dispatched and shipped via Naqel Express.
Oman orders:
Free Economy Shipping (3-5 days) for orders £90+.
Next day delivery (3-5 days) - £7.30 for orders under £90.
Qatar orders:
Free Economy Shipping (1-3 days) for orders QAR450+.
Next day delivery (1-3 days) - QAR42 for orders under QAR450.
International orders:
We offer tracked & signed, tracked and non-tracked services for international orders. 5-10 working days delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note that you might be subject to import duties and taxes applied at the country of delivery. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: We do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Russia and Spain at this time.
WRONG ORDER RECEIVED

DAMAGED ORDER

MISSING PACKAGES
If you don't receive you package within the proposed timeline, or any notification from us, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject. We will respond within 1 working day.
REFUNDS
We currently do not offer refunds. We are working on it, so please watch this space.
In the case your order is damaged or lost, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject with a picture of the damaged item, and we will respond within 1-2 working days. We will be more than happy to find a solution.
