Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
NOTE: Our warehouse is currently closed on Sundays. Orders placed Saturdays after 12PM will only be delivered the following Tuesday.
UAE orders (All Emirates):
Free next-day delivery for orders 200.00 AED+.
Orders confirmed before 12pm qualify for free next day delivery.
Next day delivery - 18.00 AED for orders under 200.00 AED.
Orders confirmed before 12pm qualify for next day delivery.
Same day delivery - 26.00 AED
Orders confirmed before 12pm qualify for same day delivery (up to 9pm).
GCC orders:
We're currently not fulfilling orders to the GCC region, however you can conveniently place your orders through Powder Beauty.
International orders:
We're currently not fulfilling international orders. However, if you're outside the UAE and really need to get your hands on SYP, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com. We’ll do our best to assist with DHL shipping, but please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility, and customs & duties may apply.
WRONG ORDER RECEIVED
Oopsies… We apologize for the inconvenience. Please e-mail us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the incorrect items, and we will send you the correct products asap!
DAMAGED ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception and e-mail us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the damaged item.
MISSING PACKAGES
If you don't receive you package within the proposed timeline, or any notification from us, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject. We will respond within 1 working day.
REFUNDS
We currently do not offer refunds. We are working on it, so please watch this space.
In the case your order is damaged or lost, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject with a picture of the damaged item, and we will respond within 1-2 working days. We will be more than happy to find a solution.
